These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between HitSale ("we", "the Service") and users of the HitSale platform available at hitsale.top. By registering or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.

1. The Service

HitSale is an online sales automation platform: importing products from suppliers, managing prices and stock, and syncing listings with marketplaces (Prom, Rozetka, Epicentr, Allo, Kasta and others) and your own online stores.

2. Registration and account

  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all actions taken from your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
  • The Service may be used by persons aged 18 and over and by businesses.

3. Plans and payment

  • New users get a free 14-day trial.
  • After the trial, access is provided according to the chosen plan. Current prices and limits are published on the website.
  • You can change your plan at any time. We may change prices with advance notice; changes do not affect an already paid period.
  • Fees for a paid period you have already used are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4. User obligations

  • Sell only goods that are legal to trade under Ukrainian law.
  • Hold the rights to the texts, photos and other content you upload.
  • Follow the rules of the marketplaces you connect to.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data, do not create excessive load, and do not use the Service to send spam.

5. Intellectual property

The HitSale software, design and trademark belong to us. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us the right to process it to the extent needed to provide the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for the actions or omissions of marketplaces and suppliers, changes to their APIs or rules, or the accuracy of data received from suppliers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the last 3 months of using the Service.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Service at any time by contacting hitsalletop@gmail.com.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may change these Terms. The new version takes effect when published on this page. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner established by Ukrainian law.
