This Privacy Policy explains what personal data HitSale ("we", "the Service") collects and processes when you use the hitsale.top website and the HitSale dashboards, why we do it, and what rights you have. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Data needed to run the Service: products, prices, stock, supplier feed links, and credentials and access tokens for the marketplaces you connect.

  • Registration and access to your dashboard.
  • Syncing products, prices and stock with marketplaces on your instruction.

We process data based on your consent, to perform the contract (provide the Service), to comply with legal obligations, and on our legitimate interest in the security and development of the Service.
